So busy with Pitch Wars, I missed last week’s challenge. I’ll have it up by tomorrow just for fun and post a link here if you’d like to read. For this week, thought I’d do something fun…hope you like creepy surprises 😉
Read mine below and feel free to leave a comment. Enjoy!
THE FAIR DATE (153 words)
Charlotte’s bright blue eyes scanned the bustling crowd and neon lights. The delicious aroma of fair delights filled her nostrils, threatening to make her mouth water. She spun around like she knew someone watched.
“Is this too much for a first date?” A pair of dark eyes peered down at her, full lips turned up in a grin.
“No, it’s perfect.”
Bernard slipped his cool fingers between hers and guided her to the Ferris wheel. They slid into their seats and away they went spinning to the sky and back down, until they stopped at the top. And then his cool lips were upon hers. She’d wanted this since the first time she laid eyes on him. Desire warmed her insides. Bernard’s lips trailed down her neck. Sweet, hungry kisses.
And then he bit her. Charlotte gasped, pleasure and fear intertwined as he fed upon her.
“Now, you are mine forever,” he said.
